The challenge
Cost tracking and compliance reporting depended on spreadsheets, creating reporting delays and audit risk across a multi-project business.
What we did
We implemented Odoo 17 Enterprise across seven modules with a project-level accounting structure, set up segregated financials for each project, and automated the monitoring and evaluation reporting, for 38 users.
The result
Reporting cycle time fell from weeks to days, records became audit-ready, and the platform proved itself across a complex multi-entity structure. Phased go-live completed March 2026.
