The challenge
Finance ran manually, there was no view of profitability at the project level, and statutory compliance (PAYE, PENCOM, VAT, WHT) was absorbing finance-team capacity.
What we did
We ran an independent vendor evaluation, then implemented Odoo 17 Enterprise across six modules (accounting, invoicing, projects, CRM, inventory and HR/payroll), automated the statutory configuration, and trained 34 users on their roles.
The result
