What we did
We implemented Odoo 17 with specialised AgriERP modules (eight in total) on a hybrid cloud and on-premise setup, configured batch traceability and quality-control workflows, and ran a four-cohort change programme across technical staff, the production floor, commercial and management.
The result
Full process-manufacturing capability in place, covering batch tracking, formula management and quality control. Concluded July 2026.
