Technology decisions that answer to you not to a vendor's sales target.
Around 70% of digital transformations fall short of their goals. Usually it’s not the technology it’s choosing it before the business problem is understood. We fix the order: your process first, the right system second.
Most projects fail because the technology is chosen first.
A vendor sells you a platform, then everyone spends 18 months bending the business to fit it. We work the other way round understand how you actually operate, then select technology that fits. It’s slower to start and far cheaper to finish
Today we hold no vendor partnerships, resale agreements or commissions. If that ever changes, you’ll know before you decide and it will never change what we recommend. Read the commitment we put in every engagement.
Our test, every time: “Would our recommendation be the same if there were no commission?”
“Their website design made our mission clear and accessible helping us reach more donors and more of the people who need us.”

Our written guarantee
Our promise
What we guarantee in writing.
Every engagement is backed by four commitments. If we ever fall short on an agreed deliverable, we put it right no quibbling.
01
Fixed, written scope
You agree the work and the price up front. No surprise invoices, no scope creep you didn’t sign off.
02
Senior people, start to finish
The specialist you meet is the one who does the work no junior hand-off after you sign.
03
Independent advice, always
We recommend what’s right for you including telling you when the right move is to spend nothing.
04
Fit for purpose, or we fix it
If an agreed deliverable doesn’t do what we scoped, we put it right. That’s the guarantee.
The people you’ll work with
Senior specialists, not a sales desk.
You’re buying expertise – so you should know exactly whose expertise it is. No junior hand-offs, no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
Are you really independent if you might take commissions?
Today we hold no vendor partnerships or commissions at all you pay us for advice, and it answers only to you. We keep the door open to future arrangements only where they wouldn’t change our recommendation, and we’d disclose any commission to you in writing before you decide. Our full commitment is on the Independence page.
How long does an ERP selection or implementation take
Selection typically runs 6–12 weeks; implementation depends heavily on scope and how clean your processes and data are. Our first job is usually to give you a realistic, honest timeline not the optimistic one a vendor would.
What does an engagement cost?
We work to fixed, written scopes so you’re never surprised by the invoice. After a short (free) discovery call we’ll propose a defined piece of work with a fixed price or a clear day-rate range. Unclear pricing is the top frustration buyers report so we don’t do it. See what we charge →
Do you work with our existing IT team
Yes, most of our work is alongside in-house teams, not instead of them. We’re there to bring independent expertise and capacity, then hand over cleanly so you’re not dependent on us.
Which ERP or AI tool do you recommend?
Whichever fits your business that’s the point of being independent. We regularly assess SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Salesforce and others against your specific requirements rather than a partnership.
